There is no capacity for cots or extra beds in the apartments.
When booked we ask you to communicate your desired arrival time, as soon as possible.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not permitted.
Children of any age are welcome, but no safety messurements where taken.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time, as otherewise a immediate check in can not be provided.
Check-in: 5 PM to 10 PM
Check-out: 0 AM to 11 AM
A check-in after 22:00 is only available for a surcharge.
Check-in between 22:00 and 23:30 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 and check-in after 23:30 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 45.
Guests are required to show a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
